Kattre's Korner
Learning together. Growing together.
Halloween was a crazy, yet fun day in room 28. We had all of our costumes on and a bucketfilling assembly at the end of the day, and to top it off, our friends from the UWP Biology department came to visit with a lesson. They came earlier in the year to show us real tadpoles and came back with some more great information. They even brought in some sensory bins for the students to explore and find frogs, tadpoles, and eggs. Even though none of these things were real, the kids still had a blast exploring! We are so lucky to have a partnership with the Animal Farm within the Biology department at UWP. Thank you, Dr. John Peterson, for bringing your friends into our class and showing our students just how amazing frogs and other animals are!! :)
